1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this site, filling out cost calculators, or ordering a custom ERP/CRM setup, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any clause, please refrain from utilizing our online portals.

2. Scope of Services

etracer offers custom software development services, website design engineering, database administration, and digital marketing consulting. Project scopes, delivery schedules, payment milestones, and deployment agreements are locked under individual corporate service contracts.

3. Software Licensing & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise explicitly locked in a signed project contract:

• etracer retains intellectual property rights to proprietary framework wrappers and common code modules.
• Upon final milestone payment completion, clients receive full ownership and usage licenses to their custom database configurations, site copy, and compiled client files.
• Redistributing, sub-licensing, or selling unmodified etracer core packages is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Credentials & Database Usage

Clients utilizing our hosted cloud systems (such as active School ERP or Billing databases) are responsible for protecting access passwords and keys. etracer is not liable for data leakage resulting from client-side credential negligence.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we build systems with high-security locks, etracer shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages (including inventory gaps, missed slots bookings, or server downtime logs) resulting from system operations.

6. Legal Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal claims or disputes arising from website interactions or software agreements shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
